Started as a sole proprietorship by Mr Koh Tiat Meng in 1966, Koh Brothers is closely connected with flood alleviation and drainage projects, counting Rochor Canal, Bukit Timah and Kallang River as milestone projects on its strong track record of construction excellence.
Today, the Group provides comprehensive construction services with more than 40 subsidiaries, joint ventures and associated companies spread over Singapore, China, Indonesia, Malaysia and Vietnam. Over the years, the Group has undertaken numerous civil engineering and building projects with its A1 grading by the Building and Construction Authority (BCA). It is currently the highest grade for contractors’ registration in this category, allowing the Group to tender for public sector construction projects of unlimited value. The Group has also developed a name for itself as a niche real estate developer, with an established reputation for quality and innovative residences.
